Nelson Dominguez (Cuba)


Born in Baire, Santiago de Cuba, September 23, 1947.
Studied at the Cubanacan National Art School (1965-1970) and taught there (1970-1985). Professor and head of thePainting Department of the College of Arts (ISA) and faculty member of its Engraving Department.
Member of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) and of the International Association of Plastic Artists (AIAP).
Was presented with the National Cultural award and the Alejo Carpentier award.

Ana Mercedes Hoyos (Colombia)

Born in Bogota, Colombia in 1942 to architect Manuel Jose
Hoyos, she studied art at a very young age, often accompanying her father to European museums to learn art history.
Educated at the University of the Andes and the National University in Bogota, she also studied privately with Luciano Jaramillo, Juan Antonio Roda, Arming Villegas and Marta Traba. Basing her work on the complex reality of Colombian culture, she is equally expressive in a variety of media. Through her painting, sculpture, print-making, collage, photography and textiles runs a motif of saturated color, magic and nature.

Nobara Catalina Hayakawa (Colombia)


Nobara Hayakawa studied graphic design in her native Colombia and then got her Master's degree at Tokyo University of the Arts (Tokyo Geidai). Over the years her interests have spanned almost every image-making disciplines, from website design to photography. She's been organizing the Bogota chapter of PechaKucha Night since 2006 and in 2013 was invited by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota to curate a design exhibition. She currently lives and works in Bogota, Colombia, where she combines her activities with teaching, music making, home-making and painting.

Hiraku Sato (Japan)


Born May 20,1960, in Miyagi Prefecture,Japan.(present adderss,Tokyo,Japan)
Deeply impacted by "Gutetsu",the work by Yuichi Inoue,it became his dream to fuse art with writing (rather than practicing traditional penmanship or calligraphy).This passion continues to burn today,as he turns out new and vital work on a daily basis.

Began studies under its President,Mr.Koho Kato.
2003 Created wall hanging of ‰๚i”imashime”jthan was featured in the film,"Zatoichi"(direction by Takeshi Kitano).
2005 Donated to World Expo in Aichi Prefecture, japan Pavilion.
Finished studio's at kikkou Association.Has been an independently practicing artist since then.
