Nace en Buenos Aires (1959) como hijo de una familia alemana que logra huir del terror nazi en 1938. Desde 1993 vive y trabaja en Norden / Alemania y mantiene un taller en su ciudad natal Buenos Aires.

Susana Cabrera (Argentine)

1950 nació en Buenos Aires. Es médica psiquiatra
psicoterapeuta especializada en tratamientos individuales, familiares y de pareja.
Esta en contacto con las artes plásticas desde el año 1974. Cree que ambas actividades estan intimamente relacionadas en un intercambio que las enriquece mutuamente. Ella dice: "porque diariamente trabajo con las emociones positivas y negativas, las puedo plasmar en mis obras...y a la vez, la creación artística, siento que me hace ser más plástica y colorida en mis intervenciones en el consultorio. Para estar en equilibrio, necesito de mis prácticas en los dos escenarios, son mi totalidad creativa".A lo largo de su desarrollo artístico ha ido investigando diferentes elementos, desde sus comienzos con la carbonilla, pasando por la escultura con materiales duros -como la madera, el hierro y el alabastro- hasta, en la actualidad, realizando esculturas blandas en tela e incursionando también en el plano con la
fotografía y los acrílicos. Se podría agregar que su afán de conocimientos y su curiosidad hacen que su camino siga abierto...


Sandra Ramos (Cuba)

Born in Havana in Cuba in 1969. Graduated from National Art Institute in 1993. From the beginning of 1990 he started to hold solo exhibitions and participated in group exhibitions in the world. Received a National Honor Award of Culture in 1997, National Art Leading Award in 1998. In Japan he had a his own exhibition in Fuchu Art Museum in 2003.
   


Horacio Carrena (Argentine)

Born in Buenos Aires of Argentina in 1955. Received the professor of institute of National University of Art in 1978. Started activities as artist in 1979. Principal history for International competition : The 3rd Carribean and Latin American International Art biennial exhibition(2007), The prize of the 3rd Contemporary Art of Antonio Guarda(2006)


Julio Goya (Argentine)

Born in Buenos Aires of Argentina in 1953. Graduated from the institute of National University of Art in Argentina. He has participated in many exhibitions and art fairs in Argentina and overseas. Received "2nd great award of Rodin" in Utsukushi-ga-hara open-air Museum, great award of International Contemporary Sculpture of Art in Fuji Sankei Biennial exhibition and incentive award of Art of Okinawa Times. Resides in Okinawa now.

   


Rafael Gil (Argentina)

Rafael Gil is born in Buenos Aires in 1942.
He is graduated from “Manuel Belgrano”
and “Prilidiano Pueyrredo´n” National Schools
of Fine Arts, as print and drawing professor.
He makes drawing studies with Naum
Goijman and lithography with Ernesto
Pesce. Since 1994 he receives Art Theory
Studies from Profesor Osvaldo Lo´pez
Chuhurra.




Roberto Mamani Mamani (Bolivia)

Born in Cochabamba of Bolivia in 1962. Known as an artist to present identity for indigena(aborigines) strongly. In Japan he exhibited his works in Expo 2005 Aichi Japan. The vivid color and the tone of four seasons reflecting various colors were gained popularity. Now resides in La Paz.
   


Gustavo Von Ha (Brazil)

Born 1977 in Presidente Prudente, Brazil. Currently lives and works in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Born in Sao Paulo of Brazil in 1977. Educated art from his childhood. Received the great prize in the 3rd Kanagawa Biennial exhibition. Has started to wide his field as presenting film works in New York Film Festival 2005 or Melbourne International Film Festival. Resides in Brazil now.

Educated in Univerysity of Art of San Paulo in 1967. His works are characterized by the tinge of plaster yellow and light and shade of black. Francisco Mejia- Guinand (Colombia)

1964 Born in Bogota, Colombia. The eldest son of Francisco Mejia Gomez and Gladys Guinard Salazar.
1983 Enters the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Bogota.
1986 Realizes his first work, a mural for the private residence of the Jesuit priests in Bogota.
1999 Holds his first solo exhibition in the Galeria Diners in Bogota.
2000 Participates in the collective shows “Exordio” (Exordium) at the Galeria Diners, Bogota and the Museo de Arte Moderno, Bucaramanga, and “Grandes Artistas en Pequeño”(Big Artists in a small format), in the Galeria Diners, Bogota.
2001 Participates in the show “La Nueva Pintura Colombiana” ( New Colombian Painting), a traveling exhibition organized by the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Relations and shown in the seat of Unesco in Paris; the Gallery of the National Theater at the Museum of Art of Constanta, Romania; and the Cultural Center of the Mayoralty of Athens, Greece. Two of his large-format works become part of the collection of the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Relations.


   

Gonzalo Pinilla(Colombia)

Born in Colombia in 1971, he earned his MFA in Oil Painting and Print-Making from the National University of Fine Arts in Bogota, Colombia in 1995. He has studied and worked in Italy, where he was awarded both for his paintings (Mantova, 1997) and prints (Florence, 1999) made in the tradition of modernist Latin American art.



Gustavo Velez (Colombia)

Born in Medellin of Colombia. After educated drawing in Art Institute of Medellin, learned sculpture in Italy. His works are characterized by elegant curved lines and they present eternal pleasure to us. We can feel potential power of Colombian Contemporary Art from his works.


   


Nobara Catalina Hayakawa

Nobara Hayakawa studied graphic design in her native Colombia and then got her Master's degree at Tokyo University of the Arts (Tokyo Geidai). Over the years her interests have spanned almost every image-making disciplines, from website design to photography. She's been organizing the Bogota chapter of PechaKucha Night since 2006 and in 2013 was invited by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota to curate a design exhibition. She currently lives and works in Bogota, Colombia, where she combines her activities with teaching, music making, home-making and painting.


Nobu Takehisa(Colombia)

ARTIST living in Colombia
Born in Tokyo. She spent in Hidaka city, Hokkaido from three to sixteen.
She studied western history in Sofia university and then entered in Kyoto university to get master’s degree of forestry science and study the art of landscaping but dropped out after less than a year.
Then she emigrated to Colombia with her husband, garden designer in 1968.
She assisted his husband’s gardening business in Colombia.
To be a painter she studied Art in National University of Colombia and graduated in 1980.
Since then she has exhibited his works in solo exhibition in Colombia, Japan, Brazil ad Cuba.
She has traveled all over the country on foot like Sapporo, Shiretokoshari, Ichinoseki, Sendai, Tokyo, Kajikazawacho of Yamanashi, Niigata, Nara, Kyoto, Kanazawa, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kagoshima and Tokushima since the project of walking tour was risen in 2009.

Born in Pinar del Rio of Cuba in 1971. Graduated from National Fine Art School in 1990 and National Art Institute in 1995. He is extending solo exhibitions all over the world and also participating in group exhibitions enthusiastically. He presents electronical problems in analogue method(handmade) as woodprint.

Eduardo Roca(Choco) (Cuba)

He is liked with nickname "Choco" and developped print technique of collagraph in all Cuba. When he visited Angola as a professor of Art, he recognized his roots in Africa. He awarded the 1st prize in Printing contest of Orense and also an honor prize in Print biennale of Latin American and Carribean.
Awarded the great prize in International Printing Triennale of Kochi (Japan)
Julio César Peña (Cuba)

Born in Holguin of Cuba. Started learning picture by himself and now he is participating actively as a member of Havana Graphic Atelier. Received the grand award in International Litographic Triennal Exhibition of Kanagawa in 2001. He is extending his activity all over the world enthusiastically. Resides in Havana now.
   
Nelson Domi´nguez (Cuba)

1947 Born in Santiago de Cuba
1970 Graduated from Cubanacan National Art School
1970-85 Professor and head of thePainting Department of the College of Arts (ISA) and faculty member of its Engraving Department.Member of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) and of the International Association of Plastic Artists (AIAP).
Was presented with the National Cultural award and the Alejo Carpentier award.
Manuel Mendive (Cuba)

Manuel Mendive Hoyo is perhaps the single most important Cuban artist today. Mendive, a major exponent of contemporary "Afro-cubanismo" in the visual arts, was born in 1944 into a Santería-practicing family. He graduated from the prestigious Academia de Artes Plásticas San Alejandro in Havana in 1962 with honors in sculpture and painting. He held his first one-man show at the Center of Art in Havana in 1964. Since then he has exhibited in some of the most important international venues. The Cuban booth at the XLII International Biennial Exhibition of Modern Art in Venice in 1988 was completely dedicated to his works. His work can be found in Museums and galleries in many countries including the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes in Havana, the Musee d'Art Moderne in Paris; as well as museums in Russia, Somalia, Congo, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the U.S and other countries. He is well-known not only for his painting and soft sculpture, but for his performance pieces in which he paints dancers' naked bodies and creates theatrical backdrops and environments. Representing an important strain of Cuban life, Mendive's multi-media work reflects his syncretic take on religion, philosophy, ethnography, art and dance.

Gonzalo Endra Crow (Ecuador)
(1936〜1996)

Desde una temprana edad se mostró muy interesado en el arte, de joven estudió pintura en la Universidad Central en Quito. Adoptó un estilo diferente al principio de su carrera que le acompañó durante toda su vida. La geografía ecuatoriana y los brillantes colores utilizados por los artesanos indígenas en su labor fueron sus dos influencias principales que penetraron en su trabajo durante toda su carrera. Endara Crow es considerado uno de los pintores latinoamericanos más importantes de la segunda mitad del siglo 20. Su obra es universal, y ofrece una perspectiva estética de la cultura andina y su gente.
   
Peter Wayne Lewis (Jamaica)

Chairman of Fine Arts 2d-Painting and Printmaking and Professor of Painting at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, Ma. Was born in Kingston, Jamaica West Indies and immigrated to the USA in 1962 and made his home in Sacramento, California. He became a US Naturalized Citizen in 1983 and received his Masters of Arts Degree in painting in 1979 from San Jose State University California. He currently resides in South Orange, New Jersey, Boston, Massachusetts, and Beijing, China.
Gabriela Garza Padilla(Mexico)

Born in Monterrey, Mexico in 1965, Garza Padilla is a self-taught artist who speaks the language of magic realism. Her works take over from Latin American surrealism, and have been exhibited in Mexico, France and the United States, as well as Japan.

Edison Osorio Zapata (Venezuela)

Born in Caracas of Venezuela. He spent almost of his childhood in Australia. Graduated from The Australian National University. Having an opportunity to come in touch with Japanese art and culture, he came to complete Master's degree course of Tama Art University. His field is very wide from photo-media to glass works and he exhibit his works in both solo and group exhibitions in Australia and Japan. Now resides in USA.

   
Vera de Rivales (Venezuela)

Born in Paris of Russian and Venezuelan descent, Vera de Rivales studied in the Paris Art School with masters from Paris's Beaux-Arts School, Mr Quincy and Mr Lancelin.
History of Art in Louvre's school. She contributed her art activities in Paris and Caracas (capital of Colombia) during 1976-1996). She transferred to Miami to contribute her works during 1996-2003. In 2003, she went back to Paris and keeps her atelier in Douy.
